For the new La Romana dal 1947 headquarters, acoustic comfort was integrated from the earliest design stages to create workspaces that are more comfortable, productive, and functional. Designed by Odeon Design Studio, the intervention focused on the retail office and meeting room, both characterized by extensive hard surfaces and glazing that could potentially generate reverberation issues.
The solution features sound-absorbing panels from the Isolspace Style Collection, made from ISOLFIBTEC®polyester fiber derived from recycled PET and printed in custom Pantone® colors. Integrated within a bespoke wooden architectural structure, the panels enhance the acoustic quality of the spaces while also serving as a distinctive decorative element that reinforces the project’s visual identity.
The result is a workspace that seamlessly combines aesthetics, sustainability, and acoustic performance, promoting concentration, well-being, and the quality of professional interactions.
