Heidenhain Italiana Offices

In renovating its headquarters, Heidenhain Italiana chose to create environments capable of fully expressing the values that have always distinguished it: efficiency, quality, and attention to well-being.
The redevelopment project, designed by architect Pavesi - AAVV Studio, was therefore conceived with the aim of defining workspaces that foster concentration, dialogue, and productivity, through a design approach carefully balanced between functional requirements and perceptual experience.

The large volumes, articulated by extensive glass surfaces, required a precise intervention to control reverberation and reduce echoes. The design choice was to act in a measured and non-invasive way, preserving the existing architecture and maintaining its formal balance intact.

In the executive offices and the main meeting room, panels from the Oblique Collection in the refined Sabbia shade, with their linear and geometric patterns, simple yet distinctive, were applied to both walls and ceilings in a ceiling-mounted configuration, giving the spaces an elegant and recognizable visual identity without being intrusive.

In other operational rooms and in the phone booth, the intervention prioritized lightness and visual transparency. The circular panels from the Style Collection, installed on the ceiling in a ceiling-mounted configuration in the Black&White finish, leave the ISOLFIBTEC® fiber visible in white, while rectangular panels from the Frame Collection, upholstered with technical Fabric in the Sabbia tone, were installed on the walls. Fully removable, these panels combine ease of maintenance, elegance, and formal cleanliness, integrating seamlessly into the spaces.

In the training room, alongside Style panels in ceiling applications and Frame panels on the walls, freestanding dividers from the Smooth Collection were introduced: self-supporting solutions designed not only for acoustic absorption but also to redefine spaces with flexibility, adapting them according to operational needs.
